Your appointments are reserved especially for you! We understand that schedules change so in order to provide the best scheduling options to all guests, a 24 hour notice is required for canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the service value. Appointments made within the 24 hour period require a 4 hour notice of cancelation.
No Show
All no show appointments are subject to a fee of 100% of service value.
Late Arrival
Services for guests will be adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time without a change in pricing. Guests arriving 15 minutes or more late, may need to be rescheduled and cancellation fees will apply.
Adjustments
We strive to offer our guests the highest level of services. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact Nikki Schreiber, Team Leader, or your stylist within 7 days of the original appointment. We will be happy to make adjustments at no additional cost. If a guest decides they want a change from the original service, (for example: change of color/different hair cut), additional costs may apply.
