Base color (permanent color on root outgrowth) was applied to outgrowth while Highlights were placed with foil for an intense blonding effect. Hair was lifted to the lightest level with Olaplex (intensive protection additive). Glazing (demi-color for shine and toning the hair) was then applied to bring out a more white (cool) blonde look. Very long and face-framing layers were trimmed plus the side bangs were cut and trimmed for volume and movement.
Redken Play It Safe (multi-benefit, heat protectant up to 450 degrees and leave-in conditioner spray that protects and repairs hair damage) and Redken Quick Blowout (conditions, smooths and protects up to 450 degrees) were applied then hair was round brushed until dry. Hair was then curled with a 1″ iron for dramatic waves.
